Sodium sulfate uses include Bar Soap, Bath Oils, Body Wash, Car Wash Soap, Ceramics, Cosmetics, Detergents, Exfoliant Scrub, Eye Shadow, Facial Cleaner, Foundations, Glass, Hair Colorants, Hand Creams, I & I Cleaners, Kraft Paper, Liquid Hand Soap, Mascara, Nail Polish, Paper & Paperboard, Pulp & Paper, Shampoo, Shower Gels, Textile        
•Personal Care: Sodium sulfate is used in the formulation of cleansers, bath soaps and detergents, and skin care preparations        
•HI&I: The most common uses of sodium sulfate is as an ingredient in detergents. About half the world's sodium sulfate is used in powdered laundry detergents as a filler.        
•Textile Finishing
•Pulp and Paper: You can also find sodium sulfate at businesses throughout the paper industry. It is one of the major active ingredients in the Kraft process of reducing wood to pulp, which is then turned into paper. However, more efficient methods have largely replaced sodium sulfate in the paper industry, so its use as a wood pulp manufacturing agent has significantly declined.        
•Food and Nutrition: In the food and beverage industry, you will see sodium sulfate used as a diluent for food coloring. It is approved by the FDA as non-toxic and safe under E-number additive E514.
